Eggy-Bread (or French Toast)

This one is a good stock breakfast for the kids. Try it thinly spread with tomato ketchup. Yummy.

 

3 eggs, beaten and seasoned with salt
6-7 Slices of white bread
Oil for frying

 

Put the egg mixture onto a large, deep plate. Dip the bread slices into the egg on both sides and shallow-fry in a little oil on both sides until the egg mixture is lightly browned.
