Creamy Mashed Potatoes

This is a nice accompaniment to roast chicken or lamb. Delicious and very simple.

 

500g Potatoes
3 Tablespoonfuls of single cream
25g Butter

 

Peel, quarter and boil the potatoes in plenty of well-salted water until very soft. Mash the potatoes, adding the cream and the butter until a fine puree is created.
